Space Planning and Design
Can you plan the layout of our office?
Yes – Please provide measurements of the space including doors and any fixed furniture such as radiators etc, and send to us, if you already have an existing plan with measurements on it, you can email that to us. For larger or local projects we can arrange a Free of Charge space planning visit to the premises, with any of these options we will then provide a Line Drawing, 2D & 3D with layouts and possible options. Delivery and Installation
How long will it take to get my item delivered?
Delivery times can be from 1-2 weeks to 3-4 , we partner with many manufactures and the delivery times can vary, items such as chairs and dividing screens which can be made to your specific colour can take up to 4 weeks for a definite lead time contact us before ordering.
Can I get it delivered the next day?
Sorry we do not offer a next day delivery service, we find with most of our customers it is something they plan in advance and we are involved in the design, planning and delivery.
Where do you deliver to?
We can deliver anywhere mainland UK (except Scottish highlands). We can deliver outside of the mainland please call us for further details and costs.
Can you install the items?
We offer nationwide delivery & installation, please contact us on 01252 893515 for a quote. Installations are usually carried out during working hours, we can install outside of office hours if necessary.
How much do you charge for installation?
Each project is individual on size of order, location and install. We’ll need to know location, access, floor level etc – We can then provide a quotation.
Our fully trained crews will install, assemble, adjust and level all furniture, and remove all packaging.

Can I order online?
No. We offer a friendly and helpful service for all our customers. When you have selected your furniture, just call us on the number at the top of the page to place an order.
How can I pay for my items?
We accept all major credit & debit cards; you can call 01252 893510 and pay over the phone. We also accept payment via cheque and Bacs, please Call 01252 893515 for further details.
Do your prices include VAT?
No, VAT is charged at the current rate and will be added to the prices.
Do you have a showroom?
YES – In Farnborough and the use of one in London by appointment only
Is there a warranty/guarantee on the goods?
YES – All products come with a manufacturers guarantee. Between 2-10 years depending on the product.
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are from 8:30am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri
